B1G1 Offer 2023

The Offer program is being organized by JBLondon for promotion of its products displayed on the official website www.jblondon.store – Customers are advised to acquaint themselves with the terms and conditions enumerated herein.

This Buy 1 - Get 1 Offer (“B1G1”/“Offer”/"Sale”) is open for all Indian Citizens residing in India above the age of 18 years and who meet the eligibility criteria as enumerated herein.

The Offer/Sale Specific Rules and Regulations and General Rules and Regulations (collectively referred to as “Rules and Regulations”) shall be binding on each participant (“Participant(s)”) in the Offer. The aforesaid Rules and Regulations are set out hereunder as follows:

OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These T&Cs are in addition to JBLondon’s Terms of Use & Sale, Refund Policies and Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using jblondon.store. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, and you acknowledge to satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Use & Sale and these T&Cs, these subject T&Cs will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer and for the specific duration and time during the sale.
In case of any damaged, missing or incorrect product orders, customers can write to info@jblondon.store with the proof of pictures of the products along with invoice copy within 7 days from receipt of shipment for prompt resolution.
For Buy 1 Get 1, the higher priced product of the selected ones will be payable by the customer as per the offer price displayed and the lower priced product (added by the customer) to be given as the Free Product.
Customers are allowed to order any even number of units to avail the BOGO offer.
During the Sale, consumers are not allowed to combine 2 offers at the time of checkout. Automatic coupon code will be applied to avail Buy 1 Get 1. If the consumer wishes to avail any other offer using coupon code, they will have to remove Buy 1 Get 1 coupon code and replace it with their desired coupon code.
No cashback or VIP benefits will accrue from purchases made under this Offer.
The offer will only be applicable with purchases placed through prepaid payment options.
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of incorrect products & products of incorrect quantity only, if they are received by the Customer.
Orders are not eligible for refunds if returned. They will only be re-shipped after sending a query on info@jblondon.store.
It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice and product to further the process if a customer receives damaged products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
JBLondon will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/incorrect/damaged products) are received by the customer.
In case of unsealed product related queries/claims, the customer must provide recording of opening the package if such unsealed products are received.
JBLondon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether this offer or not.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

JBLondon reserves a right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions etc. It shall be the sole responsibility of the customers to check the rules and regulations of the Contest/Program on the website of JBLondon, as notified from time to time.
This Program cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer/discounts which may be applicable on the other products of JBLondon.
In case the Customer wishes to contact JBLondon for any reason whatsoever, the contact should be made by call and/or at info@jblondon.store, as provided on the official website. Any attempt to contact any officer of JBLondon or any of its agencies/its personnel would not be entertained and could lead to the claim of the Customer being rejected.
Nothing in the Program or in the advertising/promotional material relating to the Program shall be deemed to be a permission to use or claim any right or interest in the respective intellectual property rights of JBLondon.
JBLondon in no manner whatsoever shall be responsible nor shall be held liable , for any injury, death, mental trauma caused to the viewer/customer(s) in any manner whatsoever, in connection to this Offer or any products advertised, directly or incidentally.
JBLondon shall in no manner reimburse/incur any cost, expense, losses including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss caused due to absence, etc. arising out of the participation in the Offer, and the customer(s) shall solely bear/incur the same.
Customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions and also waive any right to claim ambiguity in these T&Cs and release, indemnify and hold harmless JBLondon and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective owners, agents, auditors, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind relating to, resulting from or arising from this Offer.
All decisions made by JBLondon shall be final and binding on all the customer(s).
By participating it is deemed that the customer(s) have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to abide by all the Rules and Regulations of this Offer.
The Customer(s) shall also read, understand, accept, and agree to abide with the Rules and Regulations of the website jblondon.store.
JBLondon is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the T&Cs contained herein. The customers acknowledge that all information provided in the Sale is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
JBLondon may at any time, at its discretion, change these terms and conditions, the Rules and/or the Offer mentioned herein, without prior notice. Customers acknowledge that such change shall be binding upon them.
The terms of these Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any dispute or any other matter arising in reference to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Udaipur, India.
