Return and Exchange Policy

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a same product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Returned product will go through a Quality Check process and then the status will be shared with the customer.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

 

Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.

 

  • Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID

  • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  • Send the product or item to us to the address provided by our customer support representative

 

Additional Information:

  • It will take 5-10 business days to return the amount to your source account.

  • No shipping fees is charged from customers on product return

  • No return restocking fees is charged from the customer

  • No return or exchange will be done in case of a damaged product
